Damage mod in modmgr

1. If you find something like this in your modmanager, delete all cars and the track folders. Often you are missing the base mod
2. Unsubscribe to workshop and restart rf2. After restart exit rf2 again and subscribe to the workshop again. Restart rf2.
3. if this does not help, wait for a doctor
