In the past weeks a lot has happened behind the scenes. What started as a simple LiveTiming test has now become a complete, own P1 system for Le Mans Ultimat.

Everything runs through our own data pipeline:

🗺️ P1 TRACK MAP

The Track Map is now much more than a few points on a track.

• Live position of all cars
• Own track geometry for each circuit
• Class colors
• Smoothed vehicle movements
• Correct direction of travel
• Start / finish
• Separate pit lanes
• Driver and class browser
• Vehicle selection directly on the map
• Driver selection via dropdown
• Selected Driver / Car view
• Team, car number, and class
• Current vehicle data
• Tires
• Vehicle model
• Standard or custom livery

🔧 WHY ALL THIS?

Because in the long term we don’t just want to build a P1 LiveTiming.
The same data base will later be used for:

• P1 Commentary
• Broadcast
• TV overlays
• Race Control
• Pitwall
• Driver and team histories
• Live Race Intelligence
• P1 League Manager

The new P1 LMU LiveTiming is thus not just a new website.
It is gradually the technical foundation for the next P1 system.
And the nice part: It’s already live. 🟢
